Key Stage 3 Mathematics.
At Parkside we aim to equip our pupils with the mathematical knowledge and skill to lead a full and interesting life, to enable studies in other subjects and for them to appreciate and enjoy learning for its own sake.
Our Key Stage Three Mathematics scheme has been developed to allow individual pupils to learn at their own pace and for them to enter imaginatively into situations which embody mathematical ideas and contexts in which people use mathematics.
All ability groups will meet mathematics in a variety of ways-through investigations and problem- solving, with calculators and computers and from books and topics.
